 Terms of Use My Pregnancy App

The owners of the app (hereinafter: the "Creators") have created for you the My Pregnancy App (hereinafter: the "App" or "My Pregnancy"). The app provides tools for monitoring and managing pregnancy leading up to birth (the "Products") as part of an application for a phone or tablet (hereinafter collectively, the "Services").

This document is written in the feminine form for convenience only. It is addressed to both women and men.

You must read the following terms of use (hereinafter: the "Agreement and/or Terms of Use") carefully before using the app, the products or services it offers.

The information and content appearing in the app are intended to provide information only and are not considered medical advice, professional opinion, or a substitute for consulting with a specialist.

By installing the application and using the content and/or services and products in any way, you declare that you have read and understood the terms of the agreement and that you agree to all the terms detailed therein.

If you do not agree to any of the terms of the agreement, you are obliged, immediately, to remove and delete the application from your mobile device/tablet and you are not permitted to make any use of the application, services or products.

You declare and undertake to the creators that you are of legal age to create a binding agreement and that you are legally entitled to use the services and products and assume full responsibility for the selection and use of the content, services and products of the application.

The creators are entitled to make changes to the application, including expansions, withdrawals, adjustments and any other changes and to update the terms of the agreement. Your continued use of the application, content and/or services, products will indicate your agreement and acceptance of the updated terms of the agreement.

Liability

The content and/or information provided to you within the application is intended to provide information only and is not a recommendation, medical advice, professional opinion, or a substitute for consulting with an expert. They should not be relied upon without consulting individually with the attending physician.

My Pregnancy cannot guarantee the completeness, reliability, and accuracy of the content appearing in the application. Furthermore, the presentation of the content in the application and/or its publication does not constitute a recommendation or confirmation by My Pregnancy regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the information and content as aforesaid. Your reliance and/or use of the information and/or content appearing in the application is solely at your own personal risk.

By using the application, you waive any claim for compensation and/or indemnity and/or demand or claim of any kind resulting from the use of the content and/or information and/or services appearing in the application. My Pregnancy will not be responsible and will not bear any liability for any direct, indirect, or other damage that may result from the use of the application.

Advertisements

Advertising content is the sole responsibility of the advertisers. The creators are not responsible for the content of the ads, "banners", articles or any other advertising material in the application.

Any reliance by a user and/or any third party on any content, information, advertisements, products, services, opinions and positions, displayed or published on the site and/or on sites to which there is a possibility of reference, including the information, content, opinions and positions displayed or published there, is made at the user's discretion and under his sole responsibility.

The creators are not responsible for any relationship that may be formed between a user and a third party, to the extent that it may be formed, are not responsible for the quality and/or nature of the product and/or service provided and/or offered to the user by a third party, and are not responsible for any damage, loss, expense or expense incurred by the user and/or any third party in connection with any act and/or omission originating from any third party.

Prohibited Uses

You may not (either by yourself or through anyone on your behalf):

(a) use, modify or integrate the Application into other software, or create derivative works of any part of the Application;

(b) sell, license, lease, transfer, mortgage or share your rights under this Agreement with any other person;

(c) copy, distribute the Application for the benefit of third parties;

(d) disclose the results of the performance of the Application or use these results for the development or operation of a competing feature that you own; and/or

(e) modify, disassemble, make operations, update or improve the Application or attempt to discover the source code of the Application.

The Application and the documents accompanying the Application are the exclusive property of the creators and are subject to all applicable laws regarding property rights and ownership thereof, including property and copyright laws.
